2. I refuse to be an advertising vehicle for any corporation. |
|
I don't where logos on my clothing, I don't have corporate messages on my vehicles, and I will not have them on my license plates.
This country is quickly being sold out to corporations.

7. How would this be much different |
|
from having the corporate name of the company that manufactured your car, appearing on a nameplate over the keyhole for the trunk?

11. How about adding the name of the convict that stamped the plate? |
|
He has more of a right to be on it than some mega-corp.
And the company that built the car - why shouldn't they have their name on their product?

15. The company that built the car should have its name on it |
|
And anyone who wants a discount on a license plate should be able to have one, too. I just asked how it was much different.

8. As long as I don't have to pay to advertise for some corporation |
|
I don't wear corporate logos, I don't have any team-wear or anything that advertises for a corporation or team.
But, If I have to pay for the license plate and it has some corporate logo on it, they can go to hell.

19. How about just making the Corporations pay their fair share of taxes instead? |
|
Jeesh. Whatever happened to the common good? I have to buy license plates to contribute to the upkeep of the highways I drive on. The corporations can pay too, & fuck their damn logos.

23. That's a good idea too! |
|
The beauty of this plan is companies can pay to advertise. The government makes money and needs less from us. I think another good idea is selling logo plates that car owners will want to pay extra for such as the car logos, sports teams and whatever else. Our state already brings in a lot of dough that way and I think florida is the king of selling logo plates. they have so many. You can actually buy a Georgia tag with a university logo from another state like University of Fladuh or Alabama schools. The people that have money for that shit can buy those.
