All the way back to Truman, it’s the R presidents who added the most debt |

1. Make it Law: If you are going to war, collect a WAR TAX to pay |
|
for it. No exemptions.
The Rich were essentially exempted from paying for Afghanistan and Iraq, and Libyan Action. Instead they got a big fat tax cut and no one will take it back until this day.
If our Leaders believe Military Action is necessary, they should believe strongly enought to pay for it. If it is for a good cause, no problem raising a WAR Tax.
With this crowd we have now who hate taxes, we will probably end Military Action forever.
It should not be just Middle Class and Poor who pay for the war and they are the same group who supply our soldiers, sailors and marines.

3. Thom Hartmann Keeps Referring To Some Guy That Wrote ...... |
|
that the Repugs should spend when they are in office and criticize the Dems for spending when they are in office. I forget who the guy is - can't remember his name - but Thom says the MSM won't publicize that because if they did it would kill the Repug party and the MSM wants to keep the tension up between the two parties because it boosts the ratings.
Anybody remember who this guy is and any links to his writings?
