"The Club for Growth has long supported a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution as a condition for solving our debt crisis. We strongly believe that a Balanced Budget Amendment is the piece of the puzzle that puts us on a path to fiscal responsibility and fundamentally reforms our broken budget process.
