4. It didn't call for Obama to resign.
Many of those are tea party (Lee, Paul, DeMint, Vitter, Rubio...)

5. It's a Catch 22 for Democratic principles. The Democrats voted no because it wasn't
a fair deal for the majority of citizens. The "no" votes on the Republican side were likely because they didn't want the debt ceiling raised.
