Who is in the NJ Governor's mansion . . .
And what did they do with Chris Christie? :wow:

Fiercely defending, in sensible terms, his appointment of a fully qualified person who happens to be a Muslim to the bench? Wow.

2. Toning down the crazy to try and be the (R) alternative to Obama
Based on the number of positive posts here about him the last couple of days it seems to be working somewhat.

It wont last, the crazy is always just below the surface for guys like him.

8. Yup. Lots of GOP high rollers have been begging him to enter the race.

Guys like the CEO of Home Depot hate that Romney is the frontrunner.

5. Good luck with that now. He just called them all lunatics.

Meanwhile, our President and Congressional Democrats just signed off on Austerity while claiming they were dealing with their "partners for peace and prosperity".

Thanks, but I will take sane over bullshit feigning sanity for today.

At least Chris Christie doesn't cow-tow to terrorists...

9. Well, nice to hear that Chris Christie is your hero now! You must be his first "Liberal" admirer.

3. Now, he just has to figure out a way to secretly tell all the
teabaggers that he really, really hates Muslims without telling the rest of us.

4. Did you see the staff of the O'Donnell show gather on set for the standing ovation?
Awesome.

Thank you, Governor, and yes it is crap and they ARE all crazy.

(BTW, video of his presser is in the vids forum if you want to see it again. He was definitely pissed, and credit where credit is due.)

10. Yes, Chris Krispy was just as eloquent defending cutting $1 billion in taxes for 49K NJ millionaires
Edited on Fri Aug-05-11 12:37 AM by ClarkUSA
He was even more convincing when he "balanced" that tax cut over Democratic objections and unilaterally cut $1 billion to public school education funding using emergency budget powers once he figured out he didn't have the votes in the statehouse.

He was masterful when he mocked the thousands of union workers, students, and activists like me who demonstrated against these cuts at the statehouse.

The man is a hero! He deserves a fucking medal.
