Just an interesting tidbit: W Spann LLC lawyer, Cameron Casey
is a Associate at Ropes & Gray. She is a 1996 grad of Smith College and a 2003 grad of Harvard Law School. She was the editor of the Harvard Journel of Law and Public Policy.

As an Associate, she works for and reports to the Partners. She would not have filed the corporate papers on her own. It would be very interesting to know what Partner she reported to. I'm wondering why the Partner didn't sign the papers rather than Casey. That's the way it's usually done. I think I know the answer to that question.

1. My favorite line in Cartoon History Of The Universe
"They're all in Cahoots"

"Where's Cahoots?"

"A small village about 10 miles down the road from Babylon"

2. I know that law firm very well and it's a little bit like being in the
military. She could be a lefty Democrat for all I know but when she's told to file those papers, she files them. If there was something wrong or illegal with it, she'll be hung out to dry. If she had objected, her career there would be over.

3. And...she has 'disappeared' from their website. (link)

A search does not turn up her name.
Verrrry interesting.

6. Really? Maybe her email was getting hits. Reminds me of the
lawyer in the "Verdict" who was forced to spy on Paul Newman by the senior partner in her firm.

8. Not enough posts yet to send a private message...
...because you are the first one. I want to tell you some of what I know, but it involves me tangentially, and I do not wish to discuss it in public <sorry, everyone>. Can you contact me? Or should I send you multiple messages until I accumulate the "magic Number" and then send you an email LOL :-)

Thank you,
shineOn
