So the unemployment rate dropped to 9.1%! If you believe that was actually due to jobs being created, clap your hands now and Tinkerbell will serve you yummy Pea Pie. But the bigger picture than the new fabulous unemployment number (to be revised later), is the issue uf the immediacy of taking credit and never taking blame.

So it's the Europeans that are fucking things up. Those moronic Europeans with their fancy schamncy healthcare and social safety nets, thems to blame for this shitfest now. We have a unemployment number that went down.

This instant gratification and celebration of near failure does us no good. Those things about the debt deal. Who CARES? We go a deal. He's awesome! How does that debt deal affect the supposed HCR? Who cares? We won back then, and we got a real good/shitty deal that was celebrated. Jobs? We had that jobs thing. It was a success. Now, well we don't talk about that, but Obama has a NEW jobs talking point. Grab that one and ride it.

Now we are going into 2012. I still maintain that Obama will not be re-elected. Maybe by a Carteresque landslide this time. Maybe, just maybe if there was thought going into what is a thirty second percieved sucess and seeing the real ramifications in the long run, we can be more realistic in our situation in 2012. Because frankly now? It's a clusterfuck.
