2. Typical when this type if salacious stuff flies, I usually ignore. However
If you are a LAWYER, who OWNS REAL ESTATE and just so happened to be running as a STATE SENATOR, wouldn't you expect them to properly screen the people whom they are conducting business with? Especially when the individual is living 2 BLOCKS from a SCHOOL and is a registered SEX OFFENDER.
