So the ratings guys come back...I thought the bailouts were so important
so that these agencies could rate the Wall Street gang and lo and behold!

I mean we all did the best job cleaning up the ratings agencies after the crash right?

People went to jail, right?

There was punishment for the ratings agencies and their hand in the big fiasco, right?

Oh....nevermind.
