A good DUer and Democrat from Oshkosh ran for Alderman in the neighboring City of Oshkosh...Aldermen are elected "at-large" or city-wide in Oshkosh after a very close first count and the subsequent recount our friend and an opponent were tied...literally TIED...they had to draw cards to see who would become the alderman...our friend drew THE 3 OF SPADES and his opponent drew a Queen of Diamonds What would ONE MORE VOTE HAVE DONE?
