Last winter's Heroes of Madison East High School

Early on during the people's movement in Wisconsin on a cold afternoon in the middle of winter the students walked out of class and then up to and then into the state capital
to show the world they knew the difference between right and wrong and that they had their teacher's backs.




You can have your Koch Brother billions but I'll stand with those kids any day of the week.

7. Interesting side note..........Madison & the captiol

Ditto head talking this past weekend I was listening to Rush and there was over 5 million in damage to the Madison capitol. Mind you he only owns a summer place there. Cheddarhead lives there was going on about the hippies sleeping in the building in one area...how it had to be left open because the legislature was in session. A few people asked questions. Hippies, really....you have hippies. They were all protesting thousands of them. My final question was just how many people were arrested then....a sheepish hand index finger grasping thumb forms a ZERO...I say none, the reply was yup. That ended all the conversations.
