Not just those in the rural Republican areas.

6. We need more votes, too.
IMHO there was a pretty incredible ground game going into yesterday. The volunteers who worked GOTV for these senate districts did great work and gained experience that will be valuable to democratic efforts in these areas for years to come.

There IS an opposition party in Wisconsin whose strength is often dismissed. These recalls went right into the midst of red districts.

2. Walker has an eighty-seven percent approval rating with Republicans.
It's not going to be easy. THIS is why DPW wants to coordinate recall with the GE in November 2012 and not jump the gun and do it the moment they can.

3. Maybe, but last night showed that Democrats can be competitive in rural red areas.
Just imagine what it will be like in Madison and Milwaukee.

5. No, it's not going to be easy. Collecting signatures will have to be done exactly by the numbers.
All the i's must be dotted and the t's crossed.

Most Republicans do support Walker, be Democrats should be able to find a lot of fertile ground with independents and that 14% or Republicans who do not approve of him.

Most importantly: we really, really need a big and well known person to run against Walker, one that will make him look like the lightweight puppet he is.

7. Walker will never be recalled.
Last night showed us that. The hundreds of thousands demonstrating in Madison a few months ago? By November, all that energy will have dissipated, especially if it's football season.

America is OVER. The Thugs will steal it if they have to. Wisonsin was bought and paid for by the Kochs. Looks like they got their money's worth.

8. Won't be recalled.
Apparently an American vote is not all that expensive.
