He was an airforce captain who flew C-130s for 4 years in Europe and the mid-east. This is the guy who unseated Jim Hightower. As a speaker he's natural, funny and generally engaging. He's the longest serving governor in Texas history and he's never lost an election. He's a highly skilled politician and a prodigious fund-raiser. Money won't be a problem. And he will sweep the South.
