I need HELP finding the Illinois Civil Union Bill and a list of how the Senators voted.

This says:

Governor Pat Quinn has already pledged to sign SB1716, the "Illinois Religious Freedom Protection and Civil Union Act," which was co-sponsored by openly gay Rep. Greg Harris.

So, I found SB1716 here:

That's not the Civil Unions Bill and I also need a list of how each Senator voted. I can't find it. :(

Could someone help me find it? PLEASE?
