4. Perry's entire purpose here is to knock Bachmann out of the race

She is unelectable in a general election and she is not rational enough to realize it. I am sure someone has talked to her about it to no avail. She has to go and none of the other candidates want to be accused of being the one who torpedoes her campaign. Pawlenty tried questioning her qualifications and they seen where that got him. Perry was called in to be the one to put the hammer on her. After she is gone Perry will be gone faster than you can say Fred Thompson.
