12. It'll be interesting to see how the media plays this tomorrow. They tried to spin last weeks recall |
|
as a "win" for the GOOP. But the net result of the recalls is that we picked up 2 and the GOOP lost 2.

14. Not to be a killjoy, but as I said 5 months ago |
|
when everybody stopped the direct struggle and put all their eggs in the "recall" basket, what now? The absolute BEST you can do is stop the bleeding and stifle Walker AFTER ALL OF HIS MAIN PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED. And that's IF the "waffling" Republican sides with the Dems. What if the Waffler DOESN'T side with the Dems? In addition, with all the new voter suppression laws, who's to say what the next turnout will be?
You haven't really won anything, ESPECIALLY if you don't recall Walker next year. And everybody says Wisconsin is a 50/50 state now, so recalling Walker is DEFINITELY not a sure thing.
I personally won't cheer for ANY of this type of thing until these state Legislatures repeal all these antiworker laws. And yes, that includes the ones in Tennessee. Or until the working class FORCES them to repeal these laws.
BTW, this is not saying don't vote, but in this system the workers can't EVER put all their eggs in the "electoral" basket.

15. Have you seen the studies |

that extrapolate the results to the state in a Walker recall? This is a good thing.

16. First, take an anti-depressant, next understand they were mostly VERY red districts last week. 2 |
|
Pukes GONE and a SIGNIFICANT shift in the electorate from where things were just last Nov. You aren't seeing the bigger picture. Had they been able to recall R's in mostly purple districts, the Dems would have the Senate. Great work WI Dems. Don't listen to such naysaying.
