Father & son busted for making threatening calls to Sarah Palin

A Pennsylvania man and his son were arrested on Thursday on charges of making harrassing phone calls to Sarah Palin's family and lawyers.

Craig Christy, 47, and his son Shawn Christy, 22, were arrested at the Allentown FBI office just after 11 a.m., authorities said.

They are accused of making menacing phone calls to the GOP star's family as well as her attorneys and employees of the law firm between Aug. 1 and Aug. 9.

Authorities said recordings of telephone calls Shawn Christy made to Palin's attorney are peppered with profanity-laced tirades and vows to continue calling nonstop.

The father-son duo from McAdoo, 50 miles northwest of Allentown, were indicted by a federal grand jury in Alaska on Wednesday.
