Does Grab-N-Go's logo remind you of anything? ...Yeaaah. Nice try, Grab-N-Go, but In-N-Out isn't okay with the similar name, color scheme, and logo design. The AP reports that In-N-Out filed an infringement lawsuit against Grab-N-Go this week due to the similarities, claiming that "customers could be led to believe that the Aberdeen, Md., burger joint Grab-N-Go is related to In-N-Out."

But Grab-N-Go isn't just similar to In-N-Out; looking at Grab-N-Go's photos on Facebook there's a definite Five Guys resemblance as well.

It's like an In-N-Out/Give Guys mashup; the interior of the restaurant features a white and red checkerboard design like Five Guys, and the menu has regular burgers and "rookie" burgers, which seems to be a take on Five Guys' regular burgers and little burgers. Grab-N-Go also offers all their toppings for free (17 in all) and has a selection of hot dogs, like Five Guys. Grab-N-Go also makes three specialty burgers: the Texas Burger (with bacon barbecue sauce, and cole slaw), Asian Burger (with..."savory Asian pink sauce"), and Wild Style Burger with grilled onions, pickles, and "Wild Sauce" (mentioned in In-N-Out's lawsuit for being too animal style-esque).

11. Too funny...I haven't seen that one before.
Reminds me of Vanilla Ice stealing that lick from Queen and then defending it on MTV, saying "No, THEIRS goes da da da da da DA duh, and mine goes da da da da da DA duh...it's completely different!"

26. Remember Art Buchwald helped write it...
ANd had to sue to get his part of the profits that the producers said the movie never made. Although it did with more realistic accounting after 'ol Art had to bring suit. Great movie, Eddie at his very peak, Very well done. As far as McDowells here ya go

18. i love Fatburger more than in and out also, but in and out is still really good
and the line can be worth it. there are a few more locations so i don't think it's as bad as it was a few years ago.

In-N-Out will NEVER expand to the East Coast. I was surprised they made it as far as Texas. The idea is, the restaurants are supposed to be close enough to their Central Valley ranches that the beef can be delivered fresh.

So why do they give a crap about some upstart in Md.? Unless... :tinfoilhat:

If so, count me out.

15. Sounds like you found a bad In-n-Out...
...my go-to place when I have a burger jones has become The Burger Pit in San Jose. These are basically sirloin cooked on the grill and served on a French roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and your choice of condiments.

The thing I like about the place is that instead of a burger and fries, you can get a burger and a BAKED POTATO. I usually get that with a nice cold Corona.

20. I have had bad luck there
The last time I went to an In-N-Out was on the day the Super Bowl was played here and the place was filled with Raider Nation monsters in full costume. The burger was terrible, way overcooked, but the place was so crowded that I didn't want to risk standing in line again to complain. Since then I've discovered Burger Lounge and never looked back.

25. If you're really concerned about humanity's impact on the biosphere, stop eating beef.

As it is, though, I don't know what you're talking about. I haven't eaten red meat for 10 years, but if I decided to get a burger tomorrow, In & Out would be at the top of the list. GREAT fucking hamburgers.

28. LOL! Now you're in for it.
I think the most responses I ever got on a post within a post was when I said I couldn't tell the difference between a McDonald's hamburger and an In-N-Out burger. Maybe it's because I rarely eat fast food and it's even rarer for me to eat a hamburger. It was suggested that my "taste" lie within another body cavity altogether.
