when describing the picture. Thanks for sharing this with us. On the ignorant side, doesn't NYC have these types of sunsets? I have never lived there and am a desert rat where this type of sunset is common. Again, I ask only because asking questions is one way to learn.

In NY it's not very possible to get that long view. The sky is often fantastic, but to get such a large view is all but impossible. At least that's what I experienced living there in Manhattan.
