When President Obama says EVERYTHING in his Jobs Program is paid for
How are the Tax Cuts paid for I wonder? Especially the payroll taxes....:shrug:

7. Will the revenue from that be put into the SS fund to make up
for the loss of revenue from the payroll tax cuts?

11. No, it doesn't. The government pays back for the decline in payroll taxes.
In essence, it's a tax cut out of the general fund rather than out of Social Security.
