Starting Sunday at 8 a.m., all broadcast networks will cover the 10th anniversary ceremonies of Sept. 11, 2001, featuring live footage of Ground Zero in New York as well as the Pentagon and Shanksville, Pa. President Obama and George W. Bush are scheduled to participate at Ground Zero.
