1. For the last 50 years, Democrats have been trying to figure out
how to get their votes counted and tallied into totals that are not fucked with.

Not rocket surgery, here.

5. He is right. But they have access to healthcare, they can join a
union, they can live where they choose. Under Republicons they would be in "Right-to-Work" states. No access to healthcare. No right to unionize. Education would be a priviledge, higher education our of reach.
Unless you own a business or property, you really shouldn't have a "right" to vote.

We would be the serfs to the Republicon masters: Oil, Koch bros, GE, etc...

6. Actually, poor people are still poor because too often, they don't
bother to vote. Just couldn't be bothered.

12. Charles Barkley "John Mellencamp right, Conservative means discriminatory"
http://www.travelgolf.com/blogs/chris.baldwin/2006/07/17/charles_barkley_john_mellencamp_right_co

"He's right," Charles Barkley said of Mellencamp. "The word conservative means discriminatory practically. It's a form of political discrimination. What do the Republicans run on? Against gay marriage and for a war that makes no sense. A war that was based on faulty intelligence. That's all they ever talk about. That and immigration. Another discriminatory argument for political gain."

"I was a Republican until they lost their minds"

15. "Every time I hear the word conservative it makes me sick to my stomach..."
Barkley said, "Every time I hear the word conservative it makes me sick to my stomach because they're really just fake Christians, as I call them."
