AZ Shooting victim arrested - yelled "You're Dead" at Teabagger
TUCSON, Ariz. — A Tucson mass shooting victim was taken into custody Saturday after yelling "you're dead" at a Tea Party spokesman during the taping of an ABC-TV town hall event hosted by Christianne Amanpour.

The Pima County Sheriff's Office said J. Eric Fuller, 63, was involuntarily committed to an undisclosed medical facility, NBC News reported. The Associated Press said he was undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.

He faces charges of threats and intimidation and disorderly conduct, according to Tucson TV station KGUN.

9. I know. Why is why I asked when are they gonna go after those on the OTHER
side who threaten? They sure didn't hesitate to go after a DEM WHO JUST GOT SHOT and probably has good reason to be a bit "off".

7. Raine, he needed help before this even happened.
due to "military service leading to non-physical disability, unable to resume career, left main stream and lived in small towns for a decade".

As a disabled vet, he has access to care. I don't know how good it is but he's luckier than many. I hope they help him.

And I do agree with you that anyone going through such an ordeal would need help.

15. Yup. The Tucson shooting is going to be victimizing and revictimizing people
for a long time. I'm glad my PTSD isn't that bad.

16. Am I the only person who realizes that this is the same guy
who we were talking about the other day for having said that the shootings are the fault of Palin, Beck, et al. and then yesterday went to the shooter's parents house to forgive them and today.....?

It's the same guy in each story.
