If it takes a small tax cut to do it which does no harm, PLUS a surtax on the very rich, in my opinion, its well worth it.

as abandoning Obama but it's been the DINOs that have repeatedly hurt his presidency by holding out on votes in the senate, while the congressional liberals have generally rallied to him. To me this vote is same old, same old.
