Anyone know how to get a mugshot?

We have a missing family member. The cops in Vegas won't send the mugshot to us so that we can go find the family member. Yes, we've seen him in the last 3 years, but the detective said he looked like crap in the mugshot. So, we'd like a recent photo.

I've been on the internet for hours....can't seem to find anything.

Ugh....any help would be appreciated.

Just call one at random, there are probably a bunch. But they would probably know how to maneuver the system.
