...help a neighbor, friend - or even a stranger.

There a lot of things we all can do today to chip in!

- In snowy areas, shovel someone's walk
- Bring someone a meal
- Help clean-up the kitchen area in your office
- If you see some litter, pick it up
- Offer to carry someone's groceries
- Visit with a lonely acquaintance

I know those sound trite, but if everyone can do a little something special, even during our busy work day (if you don't have the day off), we all win. Think of something creative and a little above and beyond what you normally do. It will probably put a smile on their (and your) face! Think of it as a small random act of kindness.
