We gotta keep up with Lithuania and Estonia, folks!

That's where a flat tax is workin' great, according to this Republican idiot on Hardball just now.

Matthews looked like he thought the guy had lost his mind!

We have a country where a candidate for president in a primary doesn't know where Libya is and a presidential candidate who thought there was still a country called Czechoslovakia in 2008...

THAT was fun television! This republican, John Feehery, was pushing the 9% flat tax on everybody because for some unspecified reason, it would "create jobs" just like what they have in Estonia and Lithuania!

Geez, that was one of the funniest Hardball segments I ever watched! I'm still laughing...

1. They just don't realize how stupid they sound.
This is what happens when you try to govern based on ideology. The 'pro' arguments just get further and further from reality.

5. The economy is so bad in Lithuania
that tons of people are coming to the US to look for work. Even illegally, they find far better prospects here than there. Add to that the official layer of corruption that infests everything that goes on there, the idiot is just that, an idiot.
