Catapulting the NATO propaganda
@BenCVerhulst Benjamin Verhulst

Great article in the NY Times about NATO's role in Libya. @USAmbNATO Recommended read. nytimes.com/2011/10/31/opi…

So, some Benjamin Verhulst tweets a recommendation for a "great article" in the NYTs about NATO in Libya.

That is retweeted by the US Ambassador to NATO, @USAmbNATO.

That "great article", "NATO's Success in Libya" is not an article at all. It's an opinion piece by --

Ivo H. Daalder is the U.S. permanent representative to NATO. Adm. James G. Stavridis is supreme allied commander, Europe, and commander of the United States European Command.

And I wonder if @BenjaminVerhulst is "ben verhulst / deurwaarder at waerschap /The Hague Area, Netherlands | Government Relations" at LinkedIn.

1. If you'd bothered to do even the most cursory checking before creating a paranoia story...
You'd see that Ben C. Verhulst's bio identifies him as a development worker (read: international aid worker) in the Kingdom of Swaziland.

5. You're proud of more public exposure for your wrongheaded conspiracy mongering?
Well, to each their own. Personally in your position I would be embarrassed enough to feel the need to apologize.
