Criminal Foreclosure Firm's Business Dries Up Completely |
|
While the government needs to put a moratorium on all foreclosures, here is one vulture "law firm" receiving word that their business is gone. http://www.newyorklawjournal.com/PubArticleNY.jsp?id=1202532557334&Fannie_Mae_Freddie_Mac_Ban_Baum_From_Foreclosures&slreturn=1

1. That’s delightful news that I expected. |

Baum’s operation is the counterpart to Stern’s in Florida and Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg which operates in PA & NJ. The banks and the servicing companies they own, all have foreclosure mills operating in states across the country.
In New York, the banks have only one attorney I believe who handles foreclosure actions for non-securitized mortgages. That attorney won’t handle a foreclosure on a securitized mortgage because he knows it involves fraud and doesn’t want to risk his license.
I’m looking forward to the day when homeowners come to the realization that the fraud that is uncovered in contested foreclosure actions exists in their very own timely paid mortgages, unbeknownst to them.
There just might be a moratorium eventually on foreclosures since MERS has yet to ever create any Assistant Secretaries or Vice Presidents in accordance with Delaware state law. All MERS documents are invalid and fraudulent, when presented in foreclosure suits or filed in our public land records.
I wonder who in Baum’s office signed as a MERS official.

2. Couldn't happen to a more deserving gang of vultures |

Karma is a female dog, and she bit you in the can, Baum. That'll teach you to gloat about kicking people out of their homes!
