"Even if the OWS is a poorly planned & executed idea I only hope that it has shed even a small light to the uninformed majority of this country exactly how ridiculous our current group in Washington is."
And there it is.

It applies equally to most governments.

3. It wasn't always true of most governments. And not true still of |

some who have retained their sovereignty by not allowing Washington to influence their elections.
Wikileaks cables have shed a lot of light on why so many European Governments, eg, managed to elect 'leaders' who were compliant with the demands of the Global Capitalists. But when you begin to read the Wikileaks Cables, you begin to see just how much this country, Wall street which really is this government, has interfered all over the world.
The Cables revealed the support of DC for the Australian PM eg, and how they were involved in Britain's elections. No wonder they are trying to silence Wikileaks.
India, eg, the cables revealed that in a special election about two years ago, bribes were paid, by 'foreign entities' to get the guy the Global Capitalists wanted. That nearly caused the collapse of the Indian Govt, with one Politician demanding to know 'who runs this government now, Washington DC?'
And look what has happened to Greece and Italy, Bankers installed, unelected, without even consulting the people. There will be worldwide unrest until all this changes.
That is why WE are the ones who have to start changing things, in collaboration with the people of the rest of the world who have suffered as a result of that influence.
