Democrats fight for more police on the streets and this is what we get???? |
|
I am starting to have a change of heart on this issue. We may be on the wrong side?.....Full riot gear with no real threat? Pepper spray in our faces, Clubs for beatings? All you cops have turned into pussy's. Nothing heroic about you guys. The people you threaten are the hero's in my mind. Time to cut this funding for more cops on the streets bullshit.

2. Yep. The truth is out in that we've been LIED TO. The police are there to crush our 1st amendment |
|
rights, and to secure and maintain the power of the oligarchy. This isn't hyperbole. This is proven fact as the police brutality toward peaceful OWS protesters, have shown time and again.
The 99% are milking cows, and are only good to fight their wars, bleed for their tax advantages, buy their products, and keep them in business any and every which way they can make a buck out of us.
These brutal and unwarranted actions by American police officers have shown the rest of the civilized world what a SHAM American democracy really is. Not that they didn't know it, but at least now, WE know it, too.

3. cops don't stop crimes. |
|
sometimes, they don't even bother to pursue citizen complaints. Court decision after court decision has noted the cops are not responsible for enforcing the law; the citizenry is. The role of police is to "maintain order" ie. suppress dissent.

Our politicians treat us as if we are all potential criminals.
