Let me see if I've got this straight...when disenfranchised Americans exercise their freedom of |
|
speech they get pepper-sprayed in the face, but when corporations, millionaires and billionaires exercise THEIR freedom of speech in the form of mountains of money, they get wined, dined and oral sex performed upon them.
I would love to see the Koch Bros get pepper-sprayed for exercising their 1st amendment right.

1. And the courts will bravely defend monetary speech rights, |
|
even extending those rights into the states using the 14th amendment, while ignoring the clear unambiguous intent of the 1st amendment with respect to popular assemblies. It is a fucking outrage. I am outraged. You are outraged. Anyone who is not outraged is not paying attention.

2. Don't forget -- the Teabaggers never got pepper sprayed, either. |
|
Hell, they couldn't even get arrested for bringing guns to rallies.
No justice from our corporate masters.
I hope cops are thinking twice about some of this. I know here in Detroit, Mayor Bing is threatening big layoffs in the police and fire departments -- I hope they'll think twice about which side their loyalties should lie when it comes to dealing with Occupy Detroit.
