arrested at occupy austin?? lose your civil rights
people arrested at occupy austin for trespassing are summarily banned from city hall. how can this be legal. No trial,no conviction, just a ban.
I would love to see a judge declare that all actions taken by the city council as of the date of the bans is illegal since the council didnt meet in public as certain members of the public were illegally excluded from their right to attend the council meetings.
