Reverse psychology?

Spencer (OakFoSho) is saying that OPD helicopters are now showing up, he can recognize the audible difference between them and media copters.

Saying they don't have documentation or orders to evict or something...He says about 100 protesters in the area. They're discussing #Occupying a school slated to close because they'd have support.

Spencer is considering going home for his snazzy streaming pack, so he's not sure what's going to happen. Says that people had left the park when police showed up but are now returning. They're considering finding a lot to tent in, hopefully owned by someone who will welcome them.
