the way that he pummeled Sal, the teapartier tonight, we wouldn't be having to contend with them now. They would have been laughed off the stage!
Imagine how well-educated the public would be now! Think of how the easily the electorate would be able to detect & put down the BS.
As several have said tonight, the way Tweety went after Michelle Bachmann & Tea Party Leader Sal (whatever his name) was a thing of beauty.

The day after she called Tweety a "right-wing tool" he seemed to have changed over night. Seriously, it was an instant transformation within the space of 24 hours. No, I don't hold Matthews responsible for the Tea Party. But our once great national news media let the lies get out of hand for about 30 years and look what we've got now...
