and that is why they typically have the least education, the least wealth, the least representation in government, the least privilege, and least able to find opportunity.

Now on the other hand those with the most privilege didn't get there by not taking care of their own (probably grammatically incorrect). Taking care of one's own means racism. Diversity in government is required for democracy. Lack of diversity means racism and elitism.

Americans need to demand ethnic and cultural diversity in all aspects of our government...elected and otherwise.
