No knives, no guns. With only unity, strong voices, cameras, computers and trust in each other, the Egyptian people are overturning one of the most brutal dictatorships in the world. Thirty years of Hosni Mubarak – about to end.

But when it comes to change, to political action, forget your guns. Mubarak has one of the best equipped armies in his region. And what good has it done him? The world is connected. Everything is seen. Everything is public. Dictators cannot hide from their people. And criminals can no longer hide for long from legitimate public authority.
We are entering a new age in human relationships. It is not a specific government that is being changed, but rather the purpose and role of government. It is the way in which humans organize their affairs.
The world of the corporation and the board room will be the next to change – through nonviolence and effective communication. There is no turning back.
The dreams of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and Thomas Paine, the dreams so beyond their reality that they could not imagine them – are now being realized – without violence.
