On to the next big steps in the march for democracy and economic justice in Egypt.

1. Yup, now the hard work begins.
There will be many, many interests working to make sure that they are taken care of in any new government. And many of those will NOT have the Egyptian Peoples best interests or democracy in mind. The People will have to remain vigilant their movement is not co-opted.

2. Many democratic and economic demands were made in this first round.

But, before the movement could organize around those demands it had to remove Mubarak. That was key to everything else.

The youth leadership and activists are vigilant and won't be easily deceived by more conservative elements that want to maintain the status quo with different faces.
