Mitt Romney won in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Ron Paul did win last year though.

if I remember correctly, Romney won the 2008 poll by a wide margin. All those bussed and bribed people can sure win you some polls.

At nearly all the primary debates, he'd be cut off or not allowed to respond to criticisms from other Republican candidates.
Even though Paul placed 2nd in Nevada during the 2008 primaries, FOX News completely omitted his name during the night of the Nevada caucus.
A guy like Paul could attract a lot of libertarians to the Republican ticket, which is why I'm glad that he'll never get the nomination.
