As Washington keeps up with their new found concern over deficits, it's time to send them a clear message: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-l4PxNNUbQOU/TVdGaEdgxzI/AAAAAAAAALA/GqUMINj74Ds/s1600/WALL+ST+BULL.jpgFeel free to use or modify it.

A moral DC would get serious about institutional theft and state criminal actions.
Irony is that the nation and the elite as well as people would benefit from the 2011 starting position of the USA even since 2000.
Wall Street and other Global financial centers have scammed the world.

4. I have an idea. Set the tax rate for rich people depending on how |
|
well the economy is doing. All the factors fed into a formula and if the economy is doing really well, the rich folks pay low taxes, if the economy is doing badly, their taxes go up correspondingly. It would give them an incentive to invest wisely and keep everybody working for a decent wage, and universal health care would be approved in a minute or two. The rich people would have a real desire to keep us healthy and happy.

7. Great concept. While the rich could pay lower taxes when everybody is doing well, |
|
I would like to see the rates for them much higher than now. Say a 70% marginal rate when the economy is bad and a 50% rate when it is benefiting everyone. Whether times are good or bad, we need higher progressive taxes to fund universal health care and the safety net.

9. Thanks. Wall Street was put in charge to fix it. That was their reward |
|
for the trainwreck they created. That is the way politicians think unfortunately. It will be time for us to take to the streets like the Egyptians soon.
