That's what I want to know. Where do we go from there? Because odds are extremely strong that he will get it passed.

3. Yeah, this remains to be seen. I don't see the wave crashing anytime soon.
Protesters are empowered by the events in Egypt so this was poorly timed by the GOP.

5. I think more and more Americans feel they are being pushed over the edge. Hopefully
Americans will wake the F up that everything they take for granted is going down the drain as they sleep, have their heads in the sand or up their butt.

I'm annoyed the wall street and the banksters go scott free after having financially destroyed the nation.

Anymore every moment is a WTF.

6. Why don't these things go to referendum where people can choose to raise taxes
To support these benefits?

8. Why should taxpayers have to pay for those benefits twice?

11. Do you want the whole fucking government on referendum?
Because if we're doing that I want line by line on ALL defense expenditures. Up or down, every fucking thing.

10. I confess
while off sick today, I did check into Limpballs' radio show, while driving back and forth to the drugstore. Not only is he hitting this story hard, trying to give his dittoheads their talking points, he mentioned one other thing about this legislation.

According to what he said (I have zero idea how true it was), this legislation allows people to opt out of joining a union, in a union job. If it passes, I expect that any teachers striking will be replaced this summer by those willing to move to Wisconsin, and take the jobs of the union teachers.

That's how Reagan broke PATCO, and that's probably what Walker wants to do. Can anybody confirm this?

14. Are state governments subject to the NLRB?
It's possible that they're not.

15. The people of WI will never forgive him or the Republicans
They will realize that Republicans took things too far and cannot be trusted to look out for their well being.
