Homeless man being booked by APD (Albany PD, GA)

Albany, GA - Since leaving his spot underneath the Liberty Expressway bridge, Colin Bailey has re-set his encampment only to be arrested by the Albany Police Department.

Bailey, 62, is being booked this afternoon after someone called into to notify authorities that he was urinating in public in front of a van full of children on their way to day care.

Bailey said he won't go into a shelter because nobody there likes him, and he has no identification — so law enforcement can't really know who he is.
