NOT Wisconsin. There was to be a surplus. The New
Governor passed 140 Million worth of TAXCUT for Corporations
and Business.

Imagine in a few months there is going to be a shortfall
of 137 Million. Coincidence

Still they do not have a budget problem. This is pure
politics. Kill the Unions and the Democrats largest money
supporter in Campaigns is killed. Democratic Party will
be in trouble for the next umpteen years.

Make sure everyone understands Wisconsin was one state in
good financial shape. Budget had nothing to do with it.
Their Budget does not even have to be ready until June.
