11. Some complaints are legitament

Where I work, you have the choice to pay union dues - many do not pay dues , they bad mouth the union to no end yet they line up for the union to represent them. I get very angry with these people, most are right wing tea party types that want the pay and benefits but not the costs. I do pay dues, but also get very angry at some union members as well. Some individuals use the union grievance procedure for their own personal benefit. I had one fellow brag about it to me, he "showed" them, and the thing was his grievance created more work and the only reason he filed it was to give management a hard time - oh, he convinced management a feather duster is a dangerous tool because it can spread germs and other airborne bacteria but when he was bragging about getting even with management I knew he did not do it to make anyone safer.

How in the heck can ANYONE who doesn't make $500,000 plus a year NOT support unions? "Sticking together" (i.e., "UNION") is the ONLY way that poor people have of fighting back against the rich.

Geez, I'm in my fifties, and I thought we'd already settled this way back when!

propaganda has had a huge effect. Generally speaking the younger the person is the less favorably they see unions. Such is the result of decades of Limbaugh.
