Interesting to speculate: How a Walker recall election a year from now affects the Presidential race |

Edited on Fri Feb-18-11 10:42 PM by villager
so how does a (now inevitable?) "Recall Walker" race affect the dynamics of the 2012 Presidential race? As ever, candidates on both sides will instead be hoping to merely run the usual gamut of allowed positions, from "liberal" ("I promise to offend corporations too much, really") to bugnut fucking crazy (formerly known as "conservative" -- "I'm the biggest Corporate mule, with their wares shoved up my netherparts, that you ever saw!")
How will this "inconvenient race," if indeed it plays out next year, with its "unwelcome" issues, effect the usual quid pro quo of who gets to be the corporate errand runner at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave?

1. But wait. There is a belief that this whole thing has no effect on the President. |

2. I guess we'll find out definitively in the weeks ahead... |
|
...and more definitively if it spills over into a "re-election" year!
