I was on to watch their union coverage, not a channel I usually watch.

Look for areas where people are despondent, or in despair, there will be a caster in that area.

Find some place where people are not standing for basic concepts of dignity and respect for all people with thought and feeling, then track back to what got them to feel that way.

So for instance, find out the group that is not correcting the beer and travel money that is due, but avoid taunts, that is to throw off balance, unless it is being used against many people, then it could be to create those despair conditions.
