1. I have a feeling this a typical Sunday activity for most anyways... |
|
At least for our household.
But thanks, CNN...

2. I filled up on Friday. I'm not going anywhere for at least two weeks, except |
|
a few errands each week and the public library...
I conserve in these winter months. It's just too much money to be wasting on gas going here and there all the time...

3. The MSM loves speculators that further destroys our economy |
|
Their lack of investigations into the phony oil spike in 2008 is what led to our economic decline.

6. It's $3.30+ here in NE NY... |
|
And getting worse by the day, even before this. I put $30 in my tank at $3.33, the lowest price I could find, and normally this is as much as it can take. But when I drove away, I discovered that it's only 3/4 full. *sigh* :(

8. Non-ethanol gas is $3.59 here in NY, |
|
But the closest station that sells it is too far away to make it worth it. I would pay more for that... :(
It's currently highest on the coasts, least expensive in Missouri and SC. *sigh*

Last couple of days it has been pretty steady. I am sure it will rise this coming week though.

12. Retail gasoline cost has very little correlation with the price of crude. |
|
It roughly follows trends but nothing like real time.

13. Crude goes up and down, gas prices only go up. |
|
And I'm only being somewhat facetious, knowing the correlation in the futures markets.
