Has there EVER been a President that spent more time on vacation than Bush*?

I read somewhere that Bush* spent more than 450 days away from the Whitehouse and not on Official business. That is almost a year and a half out of eight years...Do Republicans have an explanation for all that time spent goofing off? They raised the President's pay in 1998 but made it so Clinton could not collect it. I figure Bush* should pay back America over a half million dollars that he took without working for it..
