Scott (Florida Gov) is cocky as hell and dumb as a sack of horse shit. Add to it he is a thief of the grandest scale. If he has a grain of smarts (not likely) or if he has the capacity to listen to people around him who know what they are talking about (also not likely) he will take a more moderate approach to what he wants to cut out of his budget. Otherwise he will have a mutiny on his hands just like Walker. But no matter what he says or does there is no doubt in my mind he will be a one term governor.
