Not sure what you're implying, but I am a longtime union supporter as you can see by my sigline and a proud member of my teachers' union as well.

Said that because the state is broke they have nothing to negotiate with unions.
Then went on about how if the legislature doesn't reconvene with the Democrats all these possible layoffs and dire consequences for Medicaid could happen.
He didn't acknowledge union busting at all.
